How long will my order take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of your order date. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your order.

Pre-orders can range from 3-4 weeks, which is subject to change. Check your email regularly for shipping updates and tracking information. If the estimated shipment window has already past, please contact us.

What do I do if my package was lost/stolen/damaged?

Unfortunately, Cozee Luxe Essentials is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or destroyed during shipping. At checkout, we do offer Route Package Protection. You are protected if you opted in! You will submit a claim to Route no later than 14 days following the original delivery date using Claims.Route.com
If your claim is accepted, Route will buy your products again; otherwise, Route will give you a refund for the worth of your items.

If you do not opt in to Route Protection at checkout, you must submit a claim directly to the shipping provider by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877 to file an insurance claim for your order.

 

How do the sets fit?

All sets are true to size. If you are looking to get a more tight fitting or snatched look you are encouraged to size down as material is super stretchy. Please refer to sizing chart for all sizing details.

I ordered the wrong size, can I return my items?

All sales are final; we are presently unable to conduct refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to carefully review the sizing chart before making any purchase.
