  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of your order date. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your order.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and USPS First Class Package.
  • Please note Cozee Luxe Essentials is not responsible for any delays once order has been shipped from our facility. Shipping times may also vary depending on your shipping destination. All shipping updated will be communicated via email.
  • Cozee Luxe Essentials is not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages that are delivered by USPS. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be made with the shipping carrier; we are not liable in any of these situations. Some lost or damaged packages are insured by the USPS. Contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to file an insurance claim if your tracking information indicates that it was delivered. If you have purchased Route Package Insurance at checkout, please contact for any lost or damaged package claims.
